Cancellation policy

At NOX, some items in our store can be purchased by subscription or pre-sale order. Below, we explain how you can manage the cancellation or modification of these orders.

Subscriptions

By subscribing to a product, you will receive regular deliveries according to the chosen duration and frequency.

• Your payment details will be securely stored and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to prepay.
• Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription from your noxsport.com account before the renewal date.
• You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through the link included in the order confirmation emails.

Pre-sale orders

A pre-sale order involves the purchase of a product not yet available in our inventory. Depending on the nature of the order, we may:

• Not charge any amount until the date of availability
• Charge

You can cancel a pre-sale order as long as it has not been prepared for shipment.

• If the order has not yet been processed, the amount paid will be refunded.
• If the order has already been processed, it will not be possible to cancel it, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Policy at returns policy.
