Response from the lawyers of JJ Ballvé Sports (Nox), the international law firm Baker McKenzie, to the press release issued by Sane

My party rejects the statement published by R.R. Artículos Deportivos SRL, on Sane's website (https://padelsane.com/blogs/news/comunicado-oficial-sane), as false, inaccurate and inappropriate.

In this regard, we inform you that, on November 28, 2018, my represented party notified R.R. Artículos Deportivos SRL, the termination of the License Agreement entered into in December 2013. In view of which, continuing to use the trademark "NOX" (Reg. No. 2.720.216 in class 28) constitutes a violation of the rights of my represented party, protected by the Paris Convention, the AADPIC Agreement (TRIPs) and other international treaties to which the Argentine Republic is a party, as well as the Trademark and Designations Law, No. 22.362. The unauthorized use of a registered trademark as well as the sale/marketing of products belonging to third parties without their authorization constitutes a trademark crime (section 31 of Law 22.362).

By virtue of this, my party will be proceeding to take the corresponding legal actions in order to obtain the cessation of the use of the trademark "NOX" in flagrant violation of the rights of my represented party. J J BALLVE SPORTS, S.L".
