We hereby inform you that the NOX paddles called "national" and distributed by RR Artículos Deportivos are paddles of unauthorized manufacture by JJ Ballvé Sports SL, owner of the brand "NOX" in Argentina, since they do not comply with the minimum quality standards that we demand to all our products and that, consequently, JJ Ballvé Sports SL is not responsible for any type of manufacturing defect, which we know are very frequent.

JJ Ballvé Sports SL is taking legal action against RR Artículos Deportivos for improper use of the brand "NOX". Also, we remind you that to purchase NOX products with all the guarantees you can do so by contacting our wholesaler of reference in Argentina at the following email: consultas@noxargentina.com.

Currently, JJ Ballvé Sports is in the last phase of validation that will conclude in 2020 with the launch of a collection of paddles manufactured in Argentina, completely different from those imported from Europe and that will have the guarantees and quality that "NOX" has been offering to the market for more than 10 years.

Attached is a comparative analysis between an original imported paddle and a non-authorized one. This analysis has been made with the most recognized paddle of the brand, the ML10 Pro Cup, but these differences visible to the naked eye and in the quality of the product are common to all "national" paddles manufactured without authorization by RR Artículos Deportivos.
